Comfy beds, tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area and a work desk in the room. Central location was a plus. There was plenty of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars.

The Virgin Hotel offered a chic atmosphere with friendly staff. The rooftop bar had stunning views and a relaxed vibe. The beds were too soft for comfort, and the small room design limited seating options. Still, I appreciated the convenient location for exploring Chicago.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the hotel's proximity to attractions like Millennium Park and the Chicago Theatre. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which added a nice touch to our experience. One highlight was the bathrobe, cozy! We did find some inconsistency in service during breakfast, which could be improved.

Great location and vibe
Super close to Cloud Gate and Millennium Park, perfect for exploring! The rooms are super clean and cozy, plus I loved that it's dog-friendly without extra fees. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant scene inside is really cool. Just wish the shades covered the windows better-light peeks through a bit!

The location is a major plus, situated close to attractions like Millennium Park and the River Walk. I appreciated the cleanliness and unique decor of the spacious room. Noise from nearby trains was noticeable throughout the night. The lobby could use more light, and while the hotel has charm, it isn't the bright space some may expect.
